Students in Mrs. Rose's PFS art class had opportunity to showcase in 2 art shows
Mrs. Rose's class was given the opportunity to submit their work to two different art shows. One was hosted through MSU (Metropolitan State University) that wanted to give youth the opportunity to let students express themselves through art. Students were encouraged to submit artwork that answered the prompt about growth or overcoming challenges in the past year. Keep your eyes out for a link in which students can see their work displayed and recognized in a virtual gallery. The students' work was also showcased at the Open School art show and some even won prizes! Congratulations, Addie Hittle, for winning first place for 6th-12 grade! Mrs. Rose hopes that all students will feel encouraged to participate in next year's MSU art invitational coming in the fall. Whether you participated or not, please know that your teacher is so proud of all your hard work and creativity.
